Shima Institute organizes regional capacity building events that enable individuals and organizations to address
the most pressing issues facing society in the best way possible. Our workshops are practical and oriented
towards empowering people to think creatively, strategically.We have partnered with ADCAMS Malawi and Regional
Capacity Building Partners to also offer a broad range of short 2-5 day training courses on management,
leadership and social development.

We are a self-sustaining initiative purely run by volunteers committed to the advancement of knowledge on
Management and Leadership. We provide a high quality service at below-market rates.

Course costs are EXCLUSIVE of transport/flights, accommodation, lunches, dinner and per-diems.
Participants are expected to meet these costs on their own. Course fees  ARE FOR  tuition, lunch and teas,
workshop venue, equipment and materials and admin support
